Student enrolment form

Welcome to Hackney Tuition Centre! Please fill in this form to enrol your child. It takes about 5 minutes. When you press submit, you will go straight to our secure Direct Debit page (GoCardless) to set up your monthly payment.

Terms and conditions (please read before you sign)
  1. Fees. Fees are paid monthly, in advance, by Direct Debit through GoCardless. Our current prices are on our prices page. Workbooks are included and there is no joining fee.
  2. Your first payment covers the lessons left in the month you start.
  3. Missed lessons. Fees stay the same if your child misses a lesson (for example through illness or holidays), because their place is kept for them. Please tell us in advance if your child will be absent.
  4. Opening. We are open all year, including half terms. We close for one or two weeks over Christmas, and on Eid if it falls on a weekend.
  5. Changing or stopping. To change your package or stop lessons, please give us one month’s notice so we can cancel or change your Direct Debit.
  6. Price changes. We will give you at least one month’s notice before any change to our fees.
  7. Drop-off and pick-up. Please bring your child on time and collect them promptly at the end of the lesson. If someone else will collect your child, or your child will travel on their own, tell us on this form.
  8. Health and wellbeing. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or learning needs, and let us know if anything changes. We are Ofsted-registered (RP903394) and follow safeguarding procedures to keep children safe.
  9. Behaviour. We expect every student to be respectful to tutors and other students. If behaviour seriously or repeatedly affects other students, we will talk to you first, and may end the place if things do not improve.
